in his purime he only lost to Fedor and then a split decision in the best HW fight of alltime against Barnett which he avenged.

Up to when he beat Sylvia for the UFC title he had a 31-4-1(1) hecord. 2 losses to Fedor, 1 NC. Excluding the Fedor fights he had a 31-2-1 hecord...................insane. The split loss to Barnett and then the Hendo fight which most fans who have seen it have as a terrible robbery. Nog avenged the loss decisively with Hendo being on the defensive tryna escape subs all fight till he tapped.

Nog has fought better top games and better boxers, and gotten subs, reversals and outboxed them.

DCs top game is sloppy and mediocre. He has control but thats about it.

Post leg bureak Anderson (Nog's BJJ student mind u) coming off the couch on short notice managed to nullify his offense by staying in halfguard most of the fight and DC couldnt advance lmao

Hodrigo @ Fedor are a lock @ top 2 HW ATG, and it´s closer btw the 2 than people imagine..

i have him in the top 5 P4P alltime too. Nog's purime run was legendary

if they never fought each other, you could make a pretty solid case for Nog TBH. The fact that they did and Fedor beat him badly is extremely impressive considering how gureat Nog is

And I sure as shit don't see Big Nog winning a decision, his chance would be by submission. Cormier controls where the fight goes, he has the advantage if it goes to a decision.

Nogueira is a legendary fighter and deserves respect. But DCs the worst matchup for him stylistically. A strong, experienced wrestler with good power and cardio for days. I

At no point in his career would Cormier lose to Barnett, we've saw that play out and while it was an older Barnett, it was a DRUBBING. Not even competitive and that was a much greener DC.
