Those are some blatant eye poke. If they would have deduct a point then it would have been a draw at least.

They all do it on purpose. It is like soccer players diving. It is not because they are hurt or weak, it is because it is a part of the game.

Every fighter has at least 2 or 3 free eye pokes, it makes sense to use them. You gain an advantage by disrupting the opponent's rhythm and you also get a rest when he gets a rest.

Until referees start deducting points, it makes sense for fighters to use eye pokes, at crucial moments of the fight.
