I'm going to vote against Mighty Mouse. It was the 5th round in a fight he was dominating. He didn't need that armbar to win the fight.

By contrast, someone like Ortega needed to find a submission in both his fights against Swanson and Moicano to win. Those submissions had meaning. Same with GSP against Bisping.
