Can Jones be made liable for financial damages?

Remembering the Lance Armstrong case this is imo a very interesting question.

Can sponsors sue him to get their money back?

Can the UFC sue him to get most of his purse because of contract violation?

If evidence surfaces that he is a lifelong PED abuser can he be made liable to even pay back former sponsor money?

I simply dont know. With Armstrong I remember he had such "no cheat" clauses in some contracts.

PED administration in controlled team environment

I do think the next step after positive USADA test of UFC biggest star is the unmasking of controlled organised doping by state investigations just like with track & field. It was laughable how the audience booed Gatlin at the world cup while they applauded Bolt if one knows how deeply involved the jamaican track&field association is with organised doping. Much the same with many MMA teams and their "medical" expertise.

This could really clean up the sport at the top if they could develop proof of direct responsibility within the big gyms like Jacksons , ATT...etc. Its obvious that this is the case. Now we need proof and accountability for the responsible people.

It cant be that only the fighters have to pay if they get caught . Doctors that are included have to loose their license, gym owners that participate financially

Just think about if Jones would face really severe punishment with loosing most of his wealth and facing jail time (Marion Jones). Him as a witness talking about who is involved and how its done would blow this wide open.

Yea getting government resources involved in a huge witch hunt for a fringe sport sounds like a super idea.
You sound like a born persecutor though.

this fukwitt should loss all his purse for sticking needles in his bum hole and be banned from the sport cheating peice of shit bitch boiiii

Certainly should have to give up some of his purse like missing weight

IF he had some type of "morals" clause, they could seek damages.

Any sponsors he would have after his extra-curricular situations over the past several years would be laughed out of court trying to use any morals grounds on him. They knew what they were getting into with him.

Witch hunt`? o_O This is a chance to show the underlying PED structure rampant in teams like ATT & others and meant to give fighters who not take PEDS (yes they exist even at a high level) a fair playing field. It is possible.

If you think outing PED abusers / profiteers is a witch hunt well theres nothing to discuss.
