Fights without full-camp preparations, counting not only stepping to the fight on short -notice, but fighting changed opponent.
Cormier comes to mind: 4-0 in these fights ( W - Bigfoot, Cummings, Rumble 1,Anderson)
Conor has 1-1 (W - Mendes, L -Nate 1)
Bisping 1-0 (Rockhold 2)
Rockhold 0-1
Jones 1-0 (OSP)
Nate - 0-1?
Anderson - 0-1?
Cerrone certainly had a couple...

What counts as short notice? Taking replacements, stepping in, or both?

I can't really give solid evidence, but I've always thought short notice fights were easier for the "cardio machine" type fighters like Bisping and the Diaz brothers. There's just a natural, can't be conditioned element to having that type of fight cardio. They likely train hard, but they likely have the genetic advantage of being able to breathe easier even when out of shape. Pretty sure Bisping took the first Rashad fight on short notice, and Rashad was the one gassed walking out to the cage and was lucky to escape with the split decision. Obviously the Rockhold fight like mentioned. Everyone knows Nate's win over Conor. BJ Penn vs Nick Diaz was supposed to be Carlos Condit vs BJ Penn, so I'm thinking Nick took that on short notice.

Maybe Cerrone or Magny (they both fight like 5 times a year)?
