Did anyone ever admit they were wrong about Tyron Woodley/Stephen Thompson?

Majority of Sherdog made it sound like Woodley was going to get his head kicked off in about 2 minutes and you clever little fellows were getting your "Welcome to the Wonderboy Era" posts ready to go after UFC 205. Rogan's biased commentary about how Tyron shouldn't be "playing a high stakes game with a chess master" was equally embarrassing.

Woodley did better than anticipated.

That said, he will still lose the rematch.

Hope he lays on Wonderwoman for 25 minutes and causes more butthurt around here.

I Picked Tyron so I admit I was wrong since it was a draw.

Do you publically admit every time you're wrong about a fight TS? Literally every time two people fight, someone is wrong about how they think the fight will go. We don't need a thread every time that happens.

Yes.

Did anyone ever admit to being wrong when they were so sure that Woodley would murder Rory? Woodley was outclassed and embarrassed.

I wasn't certain about the outcome of that fight at all? I felt it was very close and could have gone either way. Is the TS going to make a thread where people like me can boast about being right since it was a draw?

I bet on Tyron so I was pissed by the tie. Even though that was probably the correct decision technically. But for the record if you HAD to pick a winner, Tyron won that.

Doesn't have to see a family member's brains spilling out on the floor before this rematch.

Actually, they should first admit that this whole "HE'S SCARED, HE KNOWS HE'S GONNA LOSE!" logic will never help you predict a fight, and it makes you look like an inbred dumbass.

No because I'm always skeptical of striking specialist/footwork master hype and thought Wonderboy was being overrated.

It doesn't help that those who overhype that type of fighter are often among the most irritating fans constantly talking about how much more clearly "skilled" their preferred fighters are (over-weighing the movement and technical striking) while ignoring other skills their opponents might have such as wrestling and grappling.

If they don't it's definitely because they are racists.

i don't think i said it in any threads, but i did think wonderboy was going to steamroll him. nice fanboy thread, by the way.
