2016 Goals thread.

Hmm let's see...

60 kg overhead press for reps(and hopefully getting a headstand pushup)
140 kg deadlift
80 kg bench
120 kg squat
add more weight to split squats for reps, like 80 kg would be the end goal

30 second handstand
press handstand
strong tuck planche
straddle front lever
20kg weighted pushups for reps
15 pullups and weighted pullups
rehab and improve my dip

work on flexibility: pike, straddle, bridge

learn to jump rope

Patella tendinitis has fucked my Squat, I'm kinda hoping to be able to get back to 146 but want to consolidate that shit. Bursitis and patella baha are my enemy, might have to say goodbye to depth as the pain at parallel is considerable.

Mainly I'm moving toward pre and rehab. Health is the main thing.

Broke my thumb, shortly after this, then my metacarpal in Nov. So injury free, not. Tendon stuff has been OK though.

Bench: 117
Press: 81
Squat: 150
Dead: can't test with hand but should be up.

All these are predicted 90%1RM. All in all a good year considering I got patella tendinitis and two broken hands, worked 3 jobs and have twin 2 year olds.

220kg deadlift completed today, just a shame it wasn't done a week ago!
