What tools lol? He was a reckless, juiced, chinny brawler. Rumble is a way better wrestler and hit way harder.

He's MURDERED Lil Nog, Bader, Glover, and Gus. Only losses at LHW were to DC.

Rumble miggt face felony assault charges. Rampage didn't hit nearly as hard and wasn't as good of a wrestler.
