Timur shouldn't bother. The UFC treated him like absolute shit. Was on a huge winning streak, had just beaten Barcelos, and he gets cut for losing to a 15-0 top prospect at the time. Then they try and make him go through a bullshit TUF season to get back in. Why would you bother with the UFC at that point?

Khadis Ibragimov recently said he would like to fight in the UFC again, if not now then before/by him turning 30.

Won't lie, had no idea the guy was now a HW and rattled off 6 wins since leaving the UFC.
He looked terrible and fought really stupid in every UFC fight he had, but if he is now a HW maybe he can actually win a few. If nothing else, there would be lulz to be had.
