I want it.

Is that related to retard strength? I could see some sort of formula where strength is inversely proportional to brain mass.

i wont need strength when ive got a chainsaw.

it's common knowledge that as your chromosome count goes down, your fast twitch muscle fiber count goes up.

sooo if there were retarded undead...they would be unstoppable?

Alright, next S&Per to die has to agree to be revived in an arcane ceremony, and then test their max squat.

Who among the S&P is a voodoo master? We need to test this asap

my friend has that book. apparently a bow and arrows are the best anti zombie weapon because you can reuse the ammo.

I own that book

I have actually read most of it, somewhat entertaining. My friend was talking some course on zombies and how they relate to the modern world. He needed some extra hours...

Basically, in the event of a zombie outbreak you are suppose to make your way to an oil refinery way out at sea. And use the ocean as your food source...lots of entertaining stories and other stuff in there. They wrote the book with a very "serious" tone haha :icon_chee

Can animals become zombified too? I was thinking that in a worst-case scenario of a longterm post-apocalypse world where overrun with zombies, that horses would become a defacto means of transportation for the survivors, and so investing in a stable would likely be a wise choice.

However, if, not only humans but also animals were susceptible to being infected, I'd have to rethink that decision.

Depends on the type of infection, rate of spread, and specificity of the plague. I am legend said animals could be infected only by injection (direct exposure to an open wound), but dawn of the dead seemed to hint that animals couldn't be infected at all. and pet ce****ry was specifically about animal "zombies"

At any rate, I'd rather have an aluminum baseball bat than a chainsaw for close quarters....

I'd go with the bat with some weight in the end of it. Chainsaws go awry quite often in zombie films. Close range, you're looking at an aluminum bat with some concrete in the end, long range you're looking at one of these as ideal:

preferably loaded with frag grenade shells.

as as a teammate, I'd have to go with:

As a method of transportation you're gonna want a modified snowblower for shambling zombies, or a tank (or other armored transport) for quick ones. and no matter the zombie type (shambling, quick, every-bit-keeps-coming-voodoo shit) a woodchipper should be used for disposal... then compost their undead asses. Fire leads to spreading the infection more often than not.

...

what? you guys haven't thought about this?
