Am I the only one who noticed this ?

Seemed clear as day to me you could see him smacking the side of his head and shaking it and squinting after get hit.

Maybe his vision problems never subsided, scared to think this might be the last we ever see of the zombie and if so thank you for such a wonderful career

Yeah he looked way off and his usual slips and counters were so slow.

Seemed that way a few times. Could've been blurry at the very least.

His eye is messed up but it's no excuse (and he certainly won't make excuses). He's the only one who knows how much it affects him. Full credit to Ortega for a great performance.

He's had surgery before and I believe there was an interview someone posted a month or two ago where he said doctors were recommending he retire. It was in Korean and someone translated so I can't say anything with certainty. He doesn't talk about it too much and wants to keep fighting.

I wonder if the huge blows to the face he was taking had anything to do with it

Fuck man! That's rough... TKZ will always be one of my favourites and is already a legend. Come on! Imagine he fought Aldo back @ UFC 163 for the title. Seems like ages ago... and he is only 33.

Would like him to have another fight and W with a home crowd if that's possible again at some point. Maybe he could call it a day then...

You don’t think it’s because Ortega was lighting him up and cracked his skull with punches and elbows.

Maybe he was seeing doubles again.

Anyone notice him tilting his head the whole time, explaining before the reason why he tilts it like that is so that he can focus a little better...

    Maybe that explains it all...

I honestly only noticed it after the accidental head clash I must admit. Once again the man's a warrior but I do get concerned when fighters state they don't remember 3 rounds. I'd like him to take some time off but with how his careers gone he might not have the time to . 33 is relatively old in terms of the featherweight division.

Yeah- it's called slight double vision when your opponent is better and clips you often and hard early in fight. It's not even a phenomenon. MMA fans are a special breed - they latch onto a fighter and excuses are a layer that comes with the package.

He got a lasik procedure done which seemed to have messed up his vision. No excuses, definitely expected more from KZ
