for anyone who cares, i only take ZMA on harder than usual training days, but the other day i felt my nasty ass cold that i always get when the weather changes coming on so i took it even though it was an off day. woke up the next morning feeling fine. no cold this year, thought that was pretty nice
yeah i know. I just thought it was cool that it actually worked. It's like putting something together that you know should work and it you shouldn't be surprised that it does, but it still makes you kinda giddy when it actual does what it's supposed to do.
Losing that particular 80% would be bad how? We'd be left with mature intelligent individuals with common sense. Damn...now THAT would be a great discussion forum.
