ZMA & Casein

The suggested use on the ZMA bottle states that it should be taken 30-60min before sleep on an empty stomach and goes on to advise avoiding taking it w/ any dairy or calcium containing supplements.

My question is, when should I take the ZMA & casein to avoid one negating the others effects? If I take the ZMA 45min before bed, then take the casein a few minutes before bed, would that be enough time to absord the ZMA?

That's exactly what I do, with a bit more time. I take my ZMA a full hour before bed, and then take my big casein protein shake right before I go upstairs to bed.
