ZMA and nyquil

I've never come across this situation, but I've been taking ZMA before bed for a while, and recently have come down with a terrible cold and can't sleep without nyquil. Strange question, but is it cool to take these together?

Won't be an issue at all. The anti-histamine in Nyquil is what knocks you out; the magnesium in ZMA causes skeletal muscle relaxation, and B6 converts tryptophan to serotonin, enhancing and intensifying dreaming.
