These numbers are way lower then my maxes, but my back is tweaked a bit and ive cut below 190 and I am starting to feel it (lean summer lol).

Sup! Just been a busy summer mostly; I have also been cutting pretty hard and temporarily abandoned my whole strength training principles to focus on keeping what I had. I'm 184 right now. But time to recommence. Lost a lot of strength because I haven't been focusing on the big lifts but i'm a hell of a lot leaner. These numbers are pretty low in comparison to my real ones but I'm going to restart slow.
