Zimmerman tweets Photo of Trayvon Martin's Corpse

At the center of controversy again. . . Zimmerman tweeted the photo of Martin’s dead body lying on grass and caption to his 11,000 followers.

"Z-man is a one-man army."

The picture shows Martin’s body lying on grass as investigators stand over it. The tweet has since been deleted. PEOPLE's calls to Zimmerman's attorneys were not immediately returned.

President Zimmerman, do you have any regrets?

But there won't be a civil suit. Something to do with "a person whose self defense claim is found lawful is immune from criminal prosecution and civil action for the use of such self defense."

If the Martin family went ahead and tried something close to a civil case, and they lost - they'd be paying Zimmerninja for his legal costs, lost wages, etc. It's very risky on their part. Remember Attorney General Eric Holder, with the entire DoJ at his disposal, could not find grounds to nail GZ.

If they won, they'd spend the entirety of the rest of his life collecting just a few bucks here and there from that loser.

I never got this aspect of the American system. In Germany, if the prosecution accuses you of murder and it emerges that you are guilty of manslaughter, OF COURSE you get sentenced for manslaughter. Anything else is pretty ridiculous.

Exactly right.

That's why the prosecutor filed an "information" instead of getting a grand jury charge. She wanted murder 2, but if she had aimed for manslaughter she would have gotten it. The jurors even admitted as much after they were interviewed.
