I actually had no idea she moved up. I could see her beating Grasso, but not Valentina.

Rose knows what she faces with Valentina, at least. She has done a lot of hard sparring with Valentina in the past to help Valentina in pre-fight training. And Valentina, I've heard, doesn't go easy on her sparring partners. Also, in an interview, some time back, Rose expressed to the interviewer a desire to fight Valentina one day (a statement that made Pat Barry nearly apoplectic when he heard it off camera).
