He was advocating sending troops. But noone is. If both sides are willing to come to the table fine. But to act like it's just a political move not so much. Old equipment just means an excuse to increase the military budget again. Yes it helps get rid of stock but also means we put more into replenishment which is why arms deals make money for someone.

Biden extended what's called TPS (Temporary protected status) to Venezuelans to 2026 when it was supposed to expire in 2025. All Trump did was got rid of the extension so now it reverts back to 2025.

He did however, create a new TPS (Thick protected status) where women of all demographics that are THICC get to stay.

It's not just the illegals he's after, and it's literally what he described as a Gold Card, like a Green Card + he stated that would cost $5 million to buy you instant citizenship.

Well it looks like Trump is going to stop any aid to them but we'll have to wait to see if he drops the Russian sanctions as well. We'll see how much support the EU will need to give but I think they believe it's in their long term interests to nip Putin's expansionist dreams in the bud.

There’s a reason Sweden and Finland joined NATO. Russia intelligence communications are compromised and the intel shows that they plan on hoping to seize more than just Ukraine if they can.

Putin or whomever is at the helm of the Russian oligarchs will wipe their ass with whatever peace treaty just as they did with one that said they would never invade Ukraine if they gave up their nuclear weapons.

This isn’t ending anytime soon.

Im not saying dont support Ukraine. Reality is Russia has struggled with Ukraine. They are far from the powerhouse. Both sides seem open to peace. Let it ride.

I have never advocated for abandoning Ukraine. But I do think peace should be sought if the sides are open.
