Recently, Youtube has changed the search results to some bullshit

If you search for something, it'll give you like 5 results. Then if you scroll below those 5, you get a "People Also Watched" list of videos, which have nothing to do with what the fuck you're searching for. Then below that "Recommended for you" which also has nothing to do with what you're fucking looking for.

Not as bad as the removal of viewing the number of dislikes. The removal of dislikes is a massive hit to finding good DIY videos and troubleshooting videos. Now you have to look at the like to view ratio and determine if that is off or not, so dumb.

Meh, it's alright to me. I couldn't live without YouTube - driving, or sitting at the office some days.

The only thing I don't like are the incessant commercials and of course, Joe Rogan leaving the platform (although it isn't YT's fault). Oh, well. I guess money moves the world.

Yeah lots more censorship lately. And they keep changing their payment system to fuck over content creators. And they demonetize more videos now. And their system makes it easy to get videos removed through copyright claims. And they removed dislikes.

I suspect rumble will eventually overtake youtube, but it's gonna take some time to catch up to how many videos youtube has.

I think a lot of people are getting sick of youtube banning and demonetizing users, trying to push everybody towards crap they aren't interested in, constant commercials. The move to rumble will be exponential but still probably a while until people just upload their videos there first and get more views there than on youtube.

it is terrible the way they only give you about 5 videos for what you have searched there is so much good content that is lost forever because of it.
