Your favorite pro sports team of any era (and why)

Mine is 1990 Cincinnati Reds. Eric Davis, Barry Larkin, Chris Sabo, etc. They swept the powerhouse Oakland A's to win the World Series. Just a cool team that dominated when no one thought they would.

Many of us have those teams that dear to us. Please share.

Chicago Bulls dynasty...because MJ

Dallas Cowboys dynasty...they met expectations. Complete team. They were able to do it over another complete team the 49ers.

NY Yankees dynasty '96 '98 '99 2000 because I'm a lifelong fan, it was a team full of stars, etc.

Im a Mets fan.... Of every era... Fav team was when we had a team full of druggies that won... Strawberry, gooden, exc... Big fan of the current pitching staff though..

Also was a huge fan of Phil Simms Giants ...

Mets, Giants and Rangers are my teams.

I like the Nebraska Cornhuskers of the 90s, Miami Hurricanes in 1999, 2000, 2001. Boston College when they had Matt Ryan, and in other spurts when they had decent players.

I like Duke Basketball when they had Jason Williams, Carlos Boozer, Mike Dunleavy Jr, Shane Battier etc.

I liked Italy in the 2006 or 2010 World Cup.

I liked the Islanders when they had Alexei Yashin, Michael Peca, DiPietro. I guess I had hope for them.

I like the As when they had Ricky, and McGuire, I forget who else. And then when they had Giambi, Chavez, that Dominican Guy, and the three white pitchers who were good.

I just dont see vegas as a home for sports... I know they are getting a hockey team also.. Seems so odd to me. Most people who go to vegas go to sit in a casino and watch every game they put money on, like myself... I dont see it as a good move, moving out of a populated Cali area to a tourist destination... But hey what do I know, Im not a billionaire
