We all know how healthy nuts are...so what are you munching on?

Right now I have a few cases of mixed nuts due to the fatty acid balance (2.3 Sat, 3 Poly, 7 Mon).

I saw the thread title and last post by zop and I knew we were in trouble.

    I'm an almond guy, myself.

Walnuts, almonds, and macadamia nuts. Also, not nuts but flax seeds.

I've heard walnuts have the highest Omega 3 content.

I prefer almonds and cashews though. Pistachios are great, but, man, they give me the farts.

But seriously, I like walnuts and pecans and brazil nuts and almonds, in that order (kind of).

I like pine nuts a lot. I heard it takes like 20 years for a pine tree to mature enough to be able to bear pine nuts.

Macadamia nuts. Best O3:O6 ratio of them all.

I love the honey roasted peanuts with tons of unnecessary sodium and sugar, but of course I don't indulge too often.

    Almonds now and then.
