I'm with you both on LW and WW... although on WW I also adore GSP vs Koscheck II, just for the clinic GSP put.
MW: all anderson silva to me. silva vs franklin 1 was delirious. silva vs griffin, silva vs sonnen ended amazingly... silva vs belfort just for that front kick... and wanderlei fights against rampage on pride were awesome as well.
LHW: shogun vs hendo was insane, best fight for sure
HW: the cain vs jds trilogy is great, although all the fights were pretty one sided.
