I ran 5.5 miles yesterday. It was one of the hardest days I've had, right from the get go. I think it was because only a couple days earlier I was pretty sick. Everything hurt, pretty much from the beginning.
About 90 minutes.16:30 minute miles or so. Brutal.
Today I did 3.68 miles. Felt better. 44:53 minutes almost exactly. 12.43 minute miles.
Getting there I guess...
