You shouldn't be allowed an opinion on Jon Jones and his cocaine use!

Well unfortunately there is no way to unring the bell. But I understand your point. It is the equivalent of a prosecutor making statements concerning things that a judge ruled inadmissible. Depending on how egregious it is they will declare a mistrial or simply strike it from the record and tell the jury to disregard it. But how does someone just forget they heard something? So while it is true the public never should have had this information, it is out there now and there is no practical way to expect people not to weigh in. I am curious though as to whether they simply were not supposed to test for it or were not allowed to test for it. Could be the difference in a potential lawsuit.
