    Okay obviously not a black belt in anything grappling related but still a good watch. The knee drops at the end are priceless..

    Plus the guy has some other youtube instructionals that would make Ari proud...

    I figured it out--they are Dutch Kyokushin Karate guys. Most of their videos are about how to do various punching and kicking techniques.
