    Not just broke, but annhilate? Feels fucking good.

    Started doing 5x5 again 2 weeks ago went from lifting a bad 255x1-2 squat for about 3 weeks consecutively to a 275x5 by just changing my routine. Man it feels awesome to be making progress again.

    Sorry just had to share.

    i mean when you put the bar back down and it makes hella noise, then you raise back up and everybodues lookin, then so kinda take a few steps back from the bar while lookin arou d and gasping for air.
