They should just Cro Cop her, that name is ridiculous. If you aren't Polish or haven't heard the name pronounced numerous times there's no way you could say it right after reading it

Yeah, Joanna Champion works fine. Even if you accurately sounded out what you read, you'd be wrong as fuck.

All the real MMA fans on this forum already learned how to pronounce and spell "Joanna Jedrzejczyk" a long time ago, particularly after watching that video clip of UFC fighters embarrassing themselves.

Hell, years ago we've dealted with crazier Polish names, like "Krzysztof Soszynski", remember? Most people who are still struggling with "Jedr-zej-czyk" are probably very new to the sport.

Nah. I am an MMA fan, not an ambitious, up and coming competitive spelling bee contestant.

JJ or Joanna Champion work just fine for me. Joanna superstar... I'm flexible, and really I don't just care about spelling that god damn much to try and memorize that "eye chart" of a last name.

Oh well, if that makes me "not a real MMA fan" well... I'm cool with that. (See sig)

I'm married to a Polish girl - I've given right the fuck up on pronouncing words with more than 4 letters. C next to a Z next to a W? Go right fuck yourself. Thant's not a language - that's a World War 2 crypto. Fuck off.

it's not that hard. if you're from europe you are used to those kind of names

I have a shortcut on my phone so I don't have to type it. Jędrzejczyk Jędrzejczyk Jędrzejczyk.

Soszynski is in no way a crazier name, its not even close. You can make an attempt an at pronouncing his name by reading it and be very close, her name written out sounds nothing like the actually pronunciation
