This is the guy that talked more shit than literally anyone in the UFC

He said anyone anyplace anytime

He went on a world tour with Aldo

He made the moves he needed to make to get noticed inside and outside the UFC

He fucking trended on Facebook and Twitter for both the Aldo and Diaz fight.

He made himself the Main event of the supposed greatest card in UFC history (which is looking worse by the minute without his fight on it)

I blame him

I blame him for letting down his fans, for which he unfortunately has many

Conor went out not with a bang, but with a whimper

It's disgusting behaivor for a supposed elite martial artist to exhibit.

Anderson and GSP and Fedor never did and never would pull this shit.

Keep making excuses for this guy, Conor fans.

Eventually you'll see his true character.

But then again good on him.
Fuck getting brain damage for a living.

No not good on him

He's a liar saying he's obsessed with an rematch and then pulling out 3 days after saying he's: "hungry like day 1"

Confusing irritating behaivor from one of the supposed best in the world at 145

As a fan, I feel let down by the fighters who DON'T stand up to the company and fight for better pay and conditions. The UFC runs their business like a sweatshop. Guys like Conor are paving the way for all fighters to get more money.

He can retire whenever the fuck he wants. I mean, did anyone believe he'd be a 10 year champion? He's always been clear with get in, get the cash and get out.
What's wrong is it's right before UFC 200, supposedly biggest card of all time. Would be his biggest payday ever by far.

I still don't know what to think to be honest.

Huh? Anderson gsp and esp fedor had loads of shit with ufc brass
Remember all the b.s about gsp and silva 'ducking' guys around contract renegotation time? Gsp thretened to go wrestle at the olympics and silva to box rjj
And fedors guys walked and offered co promotion before being willing to accept a normal ufc contract (albet a well paid one)
This is all about money ....period

A week ago his teammate fought a guy who later died from injuries sustained in the fight. Conor was on film celebrating his teammates win. Since that time he's been trashed in the Irish and Portuguese media.

Now after going through that, If the UFC came to you and said 'come promote your cagefight', would you do it?

Ariel has implied this is the real reason he's not doing it.

And no. Even if he wanted more money I'd support him. If he doesn't want to fight for what he's offered he shouldn't. Just like you wouldn't go to work if you were being underpaid TS.

Conor fans when Aldo/RDA got injured and pulled out - "how unprofessional getting injured right before a big fight. they're probably not even injured, just scared of conor. they're mentally broken"

Conor fans when Conor quits via tweet because of media obligations - "Conor sticking it to the tyrannical ufc, good on him"

Acting like Conor doesn't get the most preferential treatment out of any fighter we have ever seen before.

I don't blame Conor. Got his ass handed to him on a silver platter. Has to relieve that moment come UFC 200; shit I'd be scared out of my skin.

If he is true to everything he has ever said then he should be going all out to get that victory back, looks like its not the most important thing to him after all.

Love how the connor fans attacked aldo for being against the first world tour saying it was draining etc but now justify connor for skipping out of a tour date

Lol couldn't have said it better myself.

Conor was cageside in a fight where one of the participants later died. That was about a week ago. It affected him heavily by all accounts. If he wasn't keen on promoting a fight right now, best thing UFC could have done is give him time. UFC200 for months, lots of time for cool heads to make decisions.

o

This guy gets it

Only like 3 guys in this thread don't, one is a mod lol

It's alright, like I said conor will let you down, he doesn't care about you no matter how much you defend him

... which is exactly what makes him and his fans hypocrites.

aldo was the champ, he didn't want to do it, and conor and all his fans talked mad shit. now conor got his beatdown, talked more shit, but suddenly doesn't want the tour and his fucking minions support him.

if conor was lined up to fight aldo and not diaz, and aldo retired, he'd be eaten alive on these boards. but with mcgregor it totally makes sense because why would he risk brain damage, lol.
