You guys don’t give Ben Askren enough credit

Dana didn't fight any of those guys, Askren did. If Askren was as good as he thought he was, those are all winnable fights. He may have been the favourite going into all three, actually. I believe he was in the Mas fight, anyway.

For having one of the most boring styles in MMA, he had one of the most entertaining 3 fight UFC runs ever.

He won a decision against lima. Then he went seven years, 12 fights and only one decision. He was exciting to watch before he started finishing people aswell. In his prime he had a very exciting grappling style, at least i always thought he did.

Dana 100% put Lawler in there to destroy him. Mas & Maia I’m not so sure.

Askren should have won the Masvidal fight, it was taylor made for him given how Maia beat Mas.
