You guys are idiots for not understanding why they booed JDS

I was at the fights this weekend, by the time JDS came to the mic the majority of the Brazilian fans had already left the arena. They started walking out as soon as the final bell rang. The booing was coming from the Cain fans in retaliation to the JDS fans booing Cane when he weighed in the day before, they bood him again after the weigh ins when he was interviewd, they bood him when he was walking into the cage, and again during his introduction. Im sure it would been the same situation if Cane had lost. Just my 2 cents on what i saw this weekend. I dont thnk it was people that had lost money on him that were booing.

I think this is it right here... Not sure why people are still talking about the people booing as if it was a bad performance.

No one would give a shit if JDS didn't get all offended by it and stuff. Renan Barao put forth an incredible performance to win the interim bantamweight title and he was still booed in the happiest moment of his life due to reasons he had nothing to do with. Booing happens all the time, generally the fighters understand it comes with the territory but JDS couldn't take it.

There event had thousands of Mexicans there that was why.

Nah, the boo'ers in Vegas are boing cus they lost thousands of $$$$% on Junior's poor performace.

That's what happens when you put your money into Joe and Dana hyping fighters.

When ever the fights are in Vegas people are going to boo no matter how good the fight is. Every drunk retard there places bets, the fight is in a casino. Even if they bet 10 dollars they are mad when they lose. I hate it, but open your bloody eyes.

You're right!

I think its ok.In Brazil people booed before/after the fight and even during the damn sparring sessions.

They boo'd because they're all stupid fair weather fans who turn on their "favorite fighter" as soon as he loses a fight. Pathetic.

Because you lost a bet, its justified to put a man down when he's at one of his lowest points. Fucking genius.

You have absolutely no idea what you're talking about.
No effort? Psychologically frozen?

Please go away!

Why is it when an idiot doesn't have a clue what one is talking about, they then go ahead and say that the person has no idea what he is talking about?

Does that make any sense?

So are you telling me is that JDS was making a great effort at trying to put up a fight and that when he got drop by the right cross that he was okay and was just able to brush it off like nothing?

You should stop smoking crack. It's not good for the brain.

It's still retarded, it was a tough fight to call and if you are stupid enough to bet, you should only boo yourself afterwards.

I don't think any amount of understanding justifies any degree of booing. Unless there's deliberate foul play, booing is just disrespectful. You can be displeased without being disrespectful. It's called having tact and...well, respect.

People are allowed to express their feelings on a performance by booing anytime they want. They're under no obligation to appreciate anything, the only things the performers are entitled to is the paycheck for doing their job.

Maybe he was booed because he:

barely attacked

gassed halfway through the first round

is a one dimensional fighter

Where I agree with TS, I found it to be a bit surprising even in an obligatory boo session that they'd have the audacity to do it to JDS after one of the better heavyweight scraps of the year. He showed tremendous heart and he has always been good with the fans... can't say I was super surprised though...

People dont have to like JDS just because you do. Fans also boo other fighters that you do not care for. See how that works?
