idc who Ngannou fights, that's a dangerous fight for anyone in the first round. Getting past that first round will not be easy for most. His takedown defence was solid early on.

Yes, his cardio sucks, but he's tough as nails. Miocic cracked him multiple times w big shots and he took it easy. Ngannou has a great chin.

Calm down with the Ngannou hate bc that is not an easy fight for anyone!!!!

Equal and oppsite reaction to all the hype.

We'll see how he does after this.

Extended beatings like that can be pretty hard to come back from.

He'll be back. The division is so thin that a couple wins and he's right back in line for another title shot. The real takeaway though was that his cardio is horrible, the guys at the UFC performance center really let him down

Stipe embarrassed him at every step.

The blueprint to beat Ngannou is now out there. If he cant get the KO in the first couple minutes, he folds like a lawn chair. Zero take down defense, zero ground game and zero heart.

People always overreact to recent fights. The HW division is so shallow that Ngannou is basically guaranteed to be a top 5 guy by virtue of mere existence. Other than that, lots of people overlook how well-rounded Stipe is. Ngannou was basically done midway through the 2nd round and survived until the end. Yes, his cardio was atrocious and his gameplan was questionable, but he at least didn't quit, which would have been easy to do.

Zero heart? lol stfu

The guy is less than 5 years into his career and has plenty of time to grow. But, the average sherdogger doesn't have common sense to realize that.

Take Corey Anderson for another example. The guy fought Shogun 3 years into his career, and arguably beat him. Yet, every time he loses, its because he's absolute trash. With absolutely no attention paid to the fact that his career is also relatively new.

Meh, he was getting pretty cocky, had it coming. Now that he ate some humble pie I will root for him in the future though. He is exciting as all hell when he is full of gas.

Stipe slipped shots and beat him. FN has a fucking chin. Stipe has a fucking chin also.

It's people overcompensating for the hype. Ngannou showed that he has a chin and he has heart, but he was completely exposed in respect to cardio and in his striking. Francis is still championship material, but he probably should move to a real camp.

He will be beaten the same way by Werdum, Cain, Blaydes in a rematch and probably others.

This is MMA, not a windmill game. Ngannou should move to Holland.

Stipe has a decent chin. Fedora would’ve been in a coma. The heavyweight division has always been shit an embarrassing. Get used to it, it is slightly improving.

It’s what sherdog does, when you win and look good, you’re the next goat, when you lose, well you were never any good and will never be.

Truth is often somewhere in the middle. Losing is probably good for Francis. You can’t KO everyone you fight.
