You Can't Weigh 250 Pounds And Have Great Stamina

lol now we are really falling at abysmal stupidity levels, with people comparing a basket ball of NFL game ( which average action time is like 5-6 seconds ) with a 25 minutes fight that involves both loads of grappling and striking...
 
It's been mentioned a few times, but Rugby forwards are examples of large athletes combining strength and cardio.

Ball running, tackling, scrummaging, mauling for 80 plus minutes at 6' to 7' and being between 230-260 pounds.

Still very different too fighting and grappling but much better example than NFL which is a much more burst focused sport.
 
Grappling is so incredibly draining, there's nothing else like it that comes close.

The fact that Cain at 240 kept that high of a pace is really awesome. I mean, of course he didn't keep the pace of like a middleweight the whole time, that would just be physically impossible.

No shit he slowed down, only retards that have never wrestled in their life don't understand how hard it is.
