This may be obvious lol but It seems like Barboza thrives on guys who stand at distance with him and go strike for strike. He is faster, he kicks harder, and he has more tools than anyone in the division.... If you stand at his range.
If you get in real close to him and constantly pressure him and crowd him. He has a really tough time getting off the type of strikes he likes to throw........He gets your timing down. Thats why it takes these insane pressure fighters like Ferguson, Gaethje and Khabib to beat him. Everything goes out the window when he is pressured. His defense, his offense, his combinations.... And Justin Gaethje's pressure on the feet is absolutely insane.
He is the best example of an elite fighter who can't fight his fight when you pressure him.
