    It seems to be a clip of a (really old) instructional, but not the same as the Sub-Mission master one going for $70.

    Luckily, the techniques are in both English and Japanese. Have fun picking them apart.

    I'd be glad to pick you apart with any of those holds, especially the defense to a body scissors. (lol)

    Some of the stuff seems practical, but then there's stuff like the V1 armlock and the standing armlock that don't look nearly as easy to implement. Maybe I'm missing something.
