Its not that straight forward. You have to test one with the same batch number that Yoel used. Products with the same batch number are manufactured at the same time with the same ingredients. As soon as they refill the machines (so to speak), you get a new batch number on the products.

So you believe it would be a coincidence if Yoel popped for a banned substance not included on the supplements ingredients, but that same ingredient showed up in a different batch number of that same product?

That's not really relevant. For accuracy, it has to be the same batch. Otherwise, you are not technically comparing apples to apples. Its even possible he was on large quantities of the drug he tested positive for, knowing full well that it was in whatever supplement he claimed to have used (but not disclosed on its label). It would be a great fall back if caught. I wouldn't put anything past any athlete today. Cabrera Made up a fake site. That investagators instantly figured out. Im assuming USADA are bunch of rookies though.

I'll believe that lawsuit when I see it. He might have to provide answers he doesn't want to provide if he gets inside of a courtroom. If I was a betting man, I would bet that lawsuit never happens.

Just compare the responses when some American like Frank Mir gets popped, or to the bodies of super white guy like Sage(or Luke), who rarely receives accusation of steroid use or is accused of it only through jest. Even Rumble looks very questionable, but being American he isn't constantly called for PED use.

I am pretty sure Mir is of Cuban ancestery as well. But i do agree with most points you make.
