Yeol Romero - B sample positive - Claims Supplement Contamination

They will need to independantly verify that the substance is contaminated.

If for instance it was Superman-X

Testing Yoels Superman-X proves nothing. They will need to go to the store, buy some Superman-X (ideally the same batch number), and test that.

As said before, being contaminated is one thing, contaminated by Sarm's, pretty rare. Will be interesting.

I believe that's what they are doing, testing the supplement and matching up results with that is on the label.

I believe it. Someone is out to sabotage ATT and tainted all of their supplements. They are victims in this.

Lol Lomard is so fucking roided.

Indeed. They will need to locate other samples from that batch that havnt been opened/touched by yoel etc.

What we must bear in mind is we are only hearing one side of the whole story, so it could be bullshit.

So hes using the same excuse as 90% of fighters before him?

Dammit, why can't more fighters at least bring the lulz like Anderson did with unorthodox explanations?
don't forget Chael brings the lulz with his "female" hormone therapy...

Lol Lomard is so fucking roided.

Yeah, he admits to as much. The thing is, he didn't knowingly roid though. Some fucking bitch tricked him by giving him these pills that she told him were legit.

the only way this gets him off the hook is if the supplement contained compounds that were not listed. Then he can present it to the commission while suing the manufacturer.

Guy popped 4 weeks ago. He spent the last 4 weeks buying up every supplement he can find and looking for one with traces of designer steroids.

If the shit was in his piss, it was in his system. He benefited from it, and visibly so. He's a cheater.

heart of achristian soul of a warrior, hahaha

OLD ROMERO

If the substance wasn't on the label he should be cleared.
No, he really shouldn't. You're responsible for what goes into your body. If your trainer pumps your food full of illegal substances without your knowledge you don't get a get out of jail free card cause you didn't know. It's on you to make sure you're clean. If you can't trust supplements to not be dirty, than don't take them. Heard that lame excuse to many times. If his B sample is proven dirty. He should be suspended. Regardless of what story he spins.

No. Sounds like he actually provided them samples of the supplement to prove that, unlike that 90%, he's not just making it up.

Interesting story!

Sounds like bullshit.

And he could have got a known tainted supplement afterwards and given it to USADA.

And who the fuck takes a supplement post fight.

Pre and post fight test clean. Jacare mad.

Lol. funny thing is you actually believe he did this

If USADA discover in tests of the supplement (bought from regular channels, not just testing Yoels copy of the supplement) then yeh, he could get away with a warning.

but they wont just test Yoel supplement because he could have been the one who contaminated. They will need to buy the supplement retail and discover it be contaminated.

So its all depends on that testing.

Fuck no.

You are responsible for what you ingest.

Otherwise fighters would chuck a supplement with added roids knowing it was roided.

Thank god we have these UFC fighters to shine a light on the unscrupulous, lawless jungle that is the supplements marketplace. Romero, Means, Andy...these guys are like the 21st century versions of Upton Sinclair.

Hence why they will go to the "store" and buy the supplement straight off the shelf (ideally with same batch number) and test that.

if that comes up negative hes probably screwed

he said at the end of the interview it was in pill form, which changes things slightly (perceptionwise)
