I'm assuming as a pro fighter he gets girls all kinds anyway, he's not balding.

He just wants a smaller forehead for whatever reason even though it's relatively normal sized already.

This is generally called Body Dysmorphic Disorder.

Maybe he sees Khabib's success and low hairline and wants to emulate him.
