Just wondering if anyone has used these before? I need to do a cut before I fight and am interested in their fat burning pills. They claim that these give you energy and stop the need to eat. Just wondering if anyone has used this or any of their other products and can testify whether they're worth buying. I am interested in finding a new brand of whey protein too as my current one tastes like crap and isn't the most effective.

Appetite suppression is bad, you need to eat, just better foods. Eat tons of leafy green veggies, atleast 1 serving per meal (you should be eating 6 times per day) and buy Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey. There are products that do just as much as Xyience for much less

I eat extremely healthy outside of bread which I do need to find a replacement for. Any ideas on that one? Right now i'm around 225 but fight at a far lower weight which is why I am considering these types of extreme supplements. At heavyweight I would get killed but have trouble making light heavy. I need to run more rather than training so hard on my bike but have had a serious back injury I need to overcome. I'm having trouble getting back into the condition I was in preinjury which is why I guess i'm looking for other solutions.

Just wanted to apologise for not reading the newbs thread. Sorry about that one. Answered my initial question.

Regarding my diet, this is a typical day for me:

Breakfast: Shredded wheat cereal. Basically a bowl of pure wheat with milk.
Snacks: Generally yogurt
Other meals: Either salad with white meat or fish or Vegetatables with white meat or fish. My regular veg is carrots, green beans, potatos, cabbage, cauliflower. Salads are cottage cheese with lettuce, tomato and cucumber.
I also eat toast once a day. This and potato are probably my weakness in the diet. I think I need to find replacements but don't know too much. Any ideas on this? Take it the whole pill thing is disagreeable around here.

At the very least make sure the bread is whole wheat, also try using whole wheat wraps when you can, they are usually lower calories/carbs. The 3 main thermogenics reccomended on here tend to be SAN Tight, Redline, and Lipo 6. That being said Redline is supposed to be the strongest but the only one that I have personally used is SAN Tight, it's good but not the strongest. Even better would be ephedrine (not ephedra) see if you can order some typically people use vasopro and do a stack of 10mg Ephedrine 200mg caffeine 100mg Aspirin.

My advice would be:
Make sure the yogurt is low sugar (some are rather bad)

Try replacing the potatos with sweet potatos. Also make sure to get broccoli, spinach, and aspargus in your diet they tend to be the best veggies you can eat.

Pills aren't really disagreeable on here, just xyience:icon_chee

Your best starting point would be these articles:

Thanks a lot. Just a little depressing coming back slowing from injury. I'll have a read of them and hoppefully the advice pays off. Guess I wanted a quick and easy solution to a long term aim which is probably unrealistic. Either way I need to get down to around 210 and preferably long term 180.

Just make sure not to get back into it too hard too soon and reinjure yourself. The 15 pounds to get to 210 shouldn't be too hard with some little adjustments and with the activity level that comes with MMA training 180 isn't an unreasonable longer term goal (as long as you have the right frame for 180)

When buying bread...look at the ingrediants. Many breads contain high fructose corn syrup.

If your diet is spot on the fat burners can give you that extra little edge, but I don't think they are worth the price to be honest.

For Whey Protein, I would suggest ON 100% Whey (Chocolate)
