I'm confused by all this... I know Cain is Mexican and caters to a certain demographic but he has a soft voice and has no personality. It would just be weird seeing him in WWE.

Probably not at this point. Mentally he might have moved on from fighting. He trains with his mates and helps, but anytime he gets serious about a camp he gets injured. Too much mileage from surgeries..
