Well both Times they had him fight a higher opponent he failed. Obviously seems to have improved a lot. Definetly give him a third chance.

Idk about that but at least give him that shot. He's known to get dominated by top guys but don't step him back.

The UFC is about marketing first. Can't overhype a marketable guy if he keeps losing. Feed him cans until fans buy into him again, then sell him as a main event where he gets demolished again.

From what I understand, Oliveira wanted to fight specifically on this card. The guys who are ranked or thought highly of/have name value either declined to fight him or wanted the fight to happen at a later date.
