I mean, the admin said they were going to do away with it in two weeks away. It will probably take longer to go through the courts.

The Biden Admin wanted to be known for ending the mandate and seen as “restoring freedom” to Americans.

So when a judge did it, no less a Trump appointee, they could not stand for it and decided to be petty.
