Wtf dont ingest those Activated Charcoal pills, gave me bad cramps

This is where i realize women will do anything for vanity, i could only imagine what other crazy shit girls will take I only tried this because it was recommended to flush toxins from the body.

Some girl i used to work with who I still talk to online she was telling me she did a detox with betonite clay and charcoal, she was telling me its safe it will clear out your colon, she said you can take charcoal it will remove toxins from your body

I didn't have to go anywhere today so i decided to try the Charcoal pills and was on the crapper with cramps and taking several dumps, I had a bad reaction to this stuff didn't sit well with me. I also wanted to puke, now I know why they give this charcoal to dogs who drink cleaner, it induces vomiting so the dogs puke out the poison liquid that binds tot he charcoal

My side started cramping and I ran like the wind to to the toilet, I don't feel good, and it feels like when I ate some really hot and spicey Curry or Mexican salsa like my insides are on fire now

These Detoxes are bogus avoid them, im lying down using my laptop and probably going to take a nap, Im sipping on some electrolyte drink right now.

Yeah this is strange stuff, people will ingest strange things thinking it will detox the body, the bentonite clay side effect is intestinal blockage causing internal suffocation if it starts to harden in the small intestine and doesn't move along it can harden in clog your intestine F that.

I've been in too many discussions with woman about how their vanity process is their choice, but the overwhelming, irrational response is that it's not their choice, and they are forced to by society. But really they're just afraid. You cant change someone's mind when it comes to vanity. They're going to do it anyway, regardless of how dumb it is. Yeah, even psyllium can mess you up. I took it because when i got home from Asia I thought I had a fungal infection/overgrowth from taking a bunch of broad spectrum antibiotics over there. Time and a better diet helped me out the most.

I stopped drinking Psy Husk, I nearly choked it even says there to drink a lot of water and only drink one spoon and drink it fast because it can get stuck and stick on your throat and it grows like a sponge and suffocates you
Right now for fiber I just stick to oatmeal, and Ill eat a lot of greens that helps bulk me up like green beans, broccoli

what saddens me is when a young girl in her youth gets plastic surgery on her face, like that Olympic gymnast who got a face lift and plump lips and nose job and she was only 19 or 20.
