i have a question as to what i should do tues. and thurs. when i start, sat. i am going to do another lower body day. what would be smart to do on these 2 days? i am trying to gain mass/strength. i have some ideas of what i could do, but i was wondering what some of you who know this program would do. i am currently not training any sports or anything, just pure lifting.

can that link be put in the stickies? every other week we get a WS4SB question, and usually it's about the "other" lower body day.

Yeah, I asked the same thing but didn't get that link as a response :(

Thanks for posting. I had just been doing a DE day for my 2nd lower body workout. (When I did it)

I do the ME day. Depending on the week I'll do the 2nd Lower day. Unfortunately I play soccer 4 days a week, not to mention 2 games (1 indoor / 1 outdoor) on Sundays.

You mean days off lol

he says to take the days off when you are training another sport, but right now im just focusing on lifting.

Ummm dude hahaha. You needs days off from lifting as well. If you aren't sure of that, then this program is ahead of what you need.

i am taking days off, but i dont know many people who take 3 days off a week when they dont have to..

Your muscles don't grow in the gym. They grow when you're resting. Proper rest is the most important part of any lifting routine. I'd wager that most people you know who aren't resting at all are doing bodypart splits with a days devoted to weak ass shit like biceps. Hitting all the muscles wice a week on a ME/DE/RE split should be about all you can take if you're doing it right.

alright alright, you make a good point. i'll give the 3 rest days a week a try, and see how it goes.
