    I used to roll with this tiny, wide guy who would hunt arm triangles then when I tried to answer the phone he'd just hit you with an Americana...every time.

    I had someone that used to do that to me too. He wasn't someone I would describe as tiny or wide so probably not the same person.

    Funny thing is I was just watching his zoom call with John Danaher and he mentioned exactly this, the best way to hit a wrist lock is form an a triangle position.
