Wrist Wraps and Belt

belts arent made to help anything with your back or posture... Don't waste your money on a belt because you have a weak core. Belts are made for ab pressure to help keep a tight core. I will only wear my belt if I am on a long working set of squats or I am maxing out. I wrist wrap anything over 250lb bench. If you are stuck on getting a belt, I would try getting a pre broken in 10mm leather single prong belt. Cheap, effective, and will last forever.
