Just a heads up to anyone who might be interested but legion in east london have started a basic fundamentals class on a friday night.
I have seen people on here before asking about wrestling in the uk.
They are starting from the basics and teaching a set syllabus.

Started four weeks ago and its basics like grips, neck work and pummeling.
