man idk why people dont make dummies for working shots most grapplin dummies are garbage and u can only work slams ground and pound or basic armbars

the adams wrestling dummy that hooks to the wall is a fucken rip off they charge 2500 for that lol that is robbery idk how it could cost over 200 tbh but its an amazing tool to work on shots set ups on your own time id love to figure out how to make a dummy that could stand up to work shots on one hooked to a wall would be the best way but even one that could stand that could work entries on

when chad mendes who could fight at 125 if he wanted to he put on 15 pounds of muscle just to fight at 145 and he took conor down easily on 7 days notice imagine what tony and khabib do who ar e his size

Regardless a shot taken in a panicked state is stll a shot, when you panic you tend to resort to what you know best. Eddie tried to wrestle and was unsuccessful. doesn't matter if he did so because he was getting boxed up.

Stipe and eddie both had the plan to wrestle the striker and only stipe was successful (obviously mind games was a part of Eddie not wrestling from the get go)
