Wow. Robbie Lawler gets no rest.

Lawler's already fought twice this year in a span of 2 months. He's fought twice in 2 months already. And now will be fighting for a 3rd time as the main event in less than 2 months.



This guy is crazy!! He never says No to a fight. He accepts them left to right. He probably prefers to fight often.. This guy gets no rest and KO's everyone. What a warrior! At this rate, he'll be fighting 6 times this year! Crazy!

Like others have mentioned, Lawler is a new fan favorite. He can fight every other card for all I'm concerned. His style is awesome, and having him matched up against Brown is a fight fan dream come true.

 

I'm glad he's fighting for it but I really want him to be able to rematch Hendricks. I hope he doesn't get burned out and injure himself.

mike tyson fought heaps at the start of his career. Old time boxers used to fight several times a month. Active fighters are better fighters, as long as they're timing their training cycles appropriately.

 

Man I remember when he fought Kos I thought 100% he'd get layed on, this is nuts.


Great turnaround, I'll be rooting for him against anyone in the WW division except Hendricks and Diaz.

This is how dedicated Robbie Lawler is to his craft. His potential was always off the charts, but after years of cultivating the love and grind for the sport, he had to step up and take his game to a whole new level. And that's exactly what he did, as he's training in gyms now, sparring, involved with the media, and still believes he has more potential than what anyone has ever seen or thought...

I've always said he's the best Welterweight in the World, but I don't think that's enough for Robbie Lawler. Especially if he knows what he's capable of and demonstrating it...

yeah he's got a nice contract plus with the way he fights he's likely to get the bonuses. He also seems to be enjoying himself in the cage. Dude loves to fight.
