So if some rich guy said he would pay for you to go and train at one or the other as much as you wanted during your life, but you could never go and train in the other country ever again. Which country would you choose?

Holland:

I would say Holland because I'm a heavyweight so it would be much better training for me. And I think Holland would be a better place to hang out between training sessions.

What about you guys?

Ive trained in thailand a few times already and my cousin lives in Amsterdam..But i think I may be too busy getting baked tyo train..so maybe thailand again

I guess if I wanted to train in Kickboxing I might go to Holland. For Muay Thai, Thailand is king.

Bangkok Baby; I've been to both places for training purposes and say Thailand without a doubt, unless you are a heavyweight as someone posted then your better off in Holland.

wouldnt go to holland because i would be too busy getting stoned...... but then i always get stoned and go train.... so fuck it!!! HOLLAND IT IS!!!

England has a lot of Muay Thai camps. What about England?

I'd definitely want to check out Holland, funny how this topic came up cos it's already something I was planning. (Tho I have done thailand briefly).

Holland maybe more for kickboxing, but they have money and as a result advanced or more technologically researched training methods compared to Thailand. Would like to experience first hand what they've come up with!

I'd rather visit Holland, but if it was for training only I'd choose Thailand.

If you're training for Muay Thai then I'd definetly go for Thailand but if you're training for MMA I'd go for Holland. Dutch fighters seem to have a more well rounded stance and transition well to other styles.

Well I already booked a trip to Thailand but it'd be great to go to Holland so I can hit up some "coffee shops" before training.

Damn thats a good idea!

This is the truth.

I'd go for Thailand. That's the root.
But if you want to know other arts, go to Japan(propably to our Dojo)and try Kudo

holland, much nicer place plus i get to see the k1 legends

been to thailand twice btw.

I think the biggest difference between Dutch kick boxers and muay thai fighters is that Dutch fighters have better hands (boxing.)

It's a real hard choice. If I felt like chilling at stunning beaches and training then it would be Southern Thailand.

If I felt like smoking dank, beautiful girls, and also good training then i'd choose Holland.

Think i'm leaning toward Holland.
