    He has been a UFC vet for a long time, but he has taken a lot of damage. The last KO in particular was nasty. He is 41 years old and is far from contention.

    Is it time for him to hang it up?

    An overhand right is all it takes. He stands with his chin straight up. Can't teach the old dog so he might as well retire from MMA.

    He should go compete in some grappling tourneys if he wants to still be active.

    I would've liked to see him retire after the Spencer fight to end on a high note. That was a great fight
